The Heart 826 Initiative is in partnership with 1 Million Strong – a collaborative platform built around one common cause – raising the next generation of leaders.
Our aim is to reach hundreds of young people and this is only possible through the power of synergy.
In partnership with 1 Million Strong we agree with their statement that we are not naive to believe that we have all the answers; neither are we that naive to believe that we can do it on our own. We require physical, mental and financial resources to fulfill our dream. We need organizations and people to partner with. We need divine intervention. We need you.
We want to give our youth a voice and the skills to become the next generation of leaders.

Knowledge will give our youth power, but teaching them the values and self-belief will give them character which in turn will earn them respect, becoming the leaders of tomorrow.
At Heart 826 we believe that every child is created to be loved.

Every child has the potential to become a leader in their own right.
It breaks our hearts when this is not recognized and children are rejected and abused. Each of our CHILDREN’s humble beginning, experiences and histories are unique.
One thing is certain, our passion for serving the children from disadvantaged communities is a privilege given to us by God.

Our Objectives
Heart 826 aims to:
Build sustainable future communities one youth at a time through developing our youth of today into the leaders of tomorrow.
We strive to:
Support new thinking through a fresh approach to teaching -not only life sustainable – but life changing life skills, attitudes, values, principals, respect and responsibility.
We want to:
Uplift the youth in disadvantaged communities through encouragement, motivation and inspiration by making use of a structured youth development program.
We work to:
Care and protect our youth against self-destruction through a holistic social development approach including a nutritional feeding program to promote a healthy body and mind.
